Small Animal Examination Rooms

The James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital has twenty exam rooms equipped with tables, exam lights and other specialty equipment used in preliminary diagnostic assessment of your pet. Most faculty are board-certified specialists and will lead a team of residents, interns and students in providing complete diagnostics and medical treatment. Our students gain valuable experience by working directly with clients and their animals. They participate in taking the patient’s health history, conducting patient examinations and will discuss each step of your animal’s diagnosis and treatment. The process begins in the exam room.
