Dentistry and Oral Surgery Service

The Dentistry and Oral Surgery Service provides comprehensive dental, oral, and surgical treatment to animal patients, primarily dogs and cats.

The service also provides consultation support to other specialty services for other species with oral health problems including equines, food animals, llamas, alpacas and exotic animals.

The service is staffed by a specialty-trained faculty veterinarian and a team of highly skilled technical staff.

Many of the pets seen by the service can be referred by primary care veterinarians; however, appointments can be made directly by owners as well without a referral.
